That night Sarah slept better than she been on months. Soreness was progressed. When a twinge returned and woke her in the midst of the night, she just applied more cream and went back to sleep. The real test still awaited, however, would the cream just remove the symptom or would it actually do battle with the infection, and win? Only time would tell.…
